Technical rigour as a form of care
This first issue of the DINAMESTRIA Technical Magazine comes from a simple conviction: the quality of the built environment depends less on grand gestures and more on small decisions, taken at the right moment and with verified information.
We have brought together here the experience accumulated in construction supervision, property valuation and the rehabilitation of traditional buildings in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Each subject is treated with the same criteria we apply in projects: a clear definition of scope, documentary verification, photographic records and substantiated conclusions.
