Editorial process
How each piece is produced
Technical draft
Every text starts from real work: site supervision reports, inspections, technical opinions and valuations. Nothing is published without a documentary basis.
Internal review
Each draft is reviewed by a second technician on the team, who checks regulatory references, calculations and terminology.
Approval and publication
Only after approval is the text published, with its date, reading time and practice area clearly identified.
Updates
When legislation or practice changes, the article is updated and the update date stays visible.

What we publish — and what we do not
- We do not publish content generated without human technical review.
- We do not claim credentials, awards or figures we cannot evidence.
- We do not identify clients, addresses or valuation figures without written consent.
- We always separate technical opinion from legal requirement, citing the applicable regulation.
